VoxoroAI is the brand of the company identified above. These terms describe the conditions for using voxoroai.com and apply to VoxoroAI applications or services where they are expressly incorporated into the agreement with you. Separate project agreements and product-specific terms take precedence for the services they cover.
Our website and services
Our website provides information about our software, AI, and product-engineering work and lets you contact us. Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a paid contract. The scope, fees, delivery, support, and duration of any paid engagement are agreed separately before it begins.
Responsible use
Use the website and any services lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not distribute malware or spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt security or availability. Only submit information and materials that you are entitled to share. If a service provides an account, keep its credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, designs, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site and use it for its intended purpose; any further use requires permission unless the law or an applicable licence permits it. You retain your rights in materials you submit. You permit us to process those materials only as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide the agreed service. Rights in commissioned work are set out in the relevant agreement.
AI and third-party services
Where a service includes AI-generated output, that output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before you rely on it. It does not replace qualified professional advice. External websites and third-party services have their own terms and privacy notices. If a VoxoroAI service offers a Google or other third-party connection, connecting it is optional unless it is necessary for the feature you choose. Review the permissions before granting access; you can revoke access through the relevant provider's account settings. Revoking access may disable connected features.
Privacy
Our website Privacy Policy explains how we handle website and contact data. Any application that processes additional personal data must provide the relevant privacy information for that application. These terms do not replace privacy notices or any consent required by law.
Availability and access
The informational website may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a security threat, or a legal obligation. Restrictions will be proportionate; where feasible and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Availability, suspension, and termination of contracted services remain subject to the relevant agreement and statutory rights.

Our liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit statutory liability, warranty rights, or mandatory consumer protections, including any applicable withdrawal rights.
Applicable law and updates
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your country of habitual residence. Statutory rules determine which courts have jurisdiction. We may publish updated terms with a new date. Publishing an update alone does not change an existing contract; any contractual change requires a valid legal basis or your agreement.
