Website delivery and server logs
When you open this website, our hosting system processes your IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer (if sent), browser or user-agent information, and response status. This data is required to deliver the site, diagnose faults, and protect it from misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interests are a secure, reliable website and abuse prevention. Server logs are automatically rotated and retained for up to 14 days.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your email address and, if you add one, your message so we can receive and answer your inquiry. The email address is required because we otherwise cannot reply; the message is optional. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry concerns a possible engagement and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication. Our legitimate interest is responding to inquiries about VoxoroAI.
The form sends the submission to a private VoxoroAI Slack workspace through a server-side webhook. The webhook credential is not exposed to your browser.
Please do not include passwords, access tokens, health information, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive data in your message.
Processors and international transfers
We use Google Cloud to host this website and Slack Technologies Limited (Ireland) to receive contact submissions. They process data for us under their respective data-processing terms. Slack and its subprocessors may process contact data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request information about the applicable safeguards from us.
Retention
Contact submissions are deleted when they are no longer needed to handle the inquiry. If a submission becomes part of business or tax records that we must retain, it is restricted to that purpose until the applicable statutory retention period expires.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts. No consent banner is therefore required for the current site.
Your choices and rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
Supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for companies established in Brandenburg is the Brandenburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Access to Information, Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany.
